Saturday – 10 am - 12.30 pm or 2 pm- 4.30 pm
Each batch consists of 5 to 10 children

Arch Kids
Age group – 4 – 6 Years
No. of classes - 10
Duration of each class - 2 hours
Fee per class - Rs. 400/-

Arch Square
Age group – 7 – 13 Years
No. of classes - 10
Duration of each class - 2.5 hours
Fee per class Rs. 500/-

Arch Circle
Age group – 14 – 18 Years
No. of classes - 10
Duration of each class - 2.5 hours
Fee per class Rs. 600/-

Note:

Fee can be paid for each class. When they finish all 10 classes they will get a completion certificate.

Materials Provided

We provide all child friendly and natural materials to create project works.

The materials provided are paper, clay, corrugated sheets, cardboards, recycled envelopes, child friendly crayons, water colours, small sticks, wooden blocks, bamboo sticks, dry leaves, mud, threads, coconut shells, vegetables, natural dyes and homemade glues. Materials will be supplied based on the project needs.
Children can also bring their own materials if needed. We kindly ask parents to avoid plastics and non child friendly materials.
We try to keep our environment with Zero Plastics.

Privacy & Copyright Policy

All children’s works that are carried out independently can be taken home. Children’s works carried out as a team will be archived at Poetics.
We maintain full copyrights of the photos and videos taken at our course place. Children’s privacy will be maintained if we publish any pictures or videos. We will seek special permission from parents if we publish any pictures/ videos with full identity of children.
At any circumstance we will not share your children individual information to any third party. We will share the information only to appropriate persons during health and medical emergency.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Fees should be paid for the full course of classes. It can be paid in two installments.
If you would like to cancel your registration in advance (one week before) the paid fee will be reimbursed.
No cancellation and no return of fee after the course starts.

Safety & Security Policy

Your children’s safety is most important to us. Our premise CCTV monitored.
We take care of your children within our place; but we cannot guarantee children’s safety after they leave our premises. It would be the responsibility of the parents to take home their child or make sure their older kids reach home safe if travelling independently.
We do have a nearby hospital (Lotus Hospital) for any emergency situations.
We do not arrange any transport facilities.
