Poetics SEED

Poetics Seed is our own Sustainable Building initiative of Multi Dwelling Villaments, located in Anekal. Poetics Seed consists of 12 dwelling units with various built-up area options.

This project will be the first Villament project where complete sustainable practices are followed during construction through post-completion. Solar panel roofs, wind turbines, community terrace gardening, rain water harvesting, sustainable waste management systems, smart parking solutions, 100% power backup for common areas through renewable energy sources and ecologically comfortable spaces are all set to mark this project a paramount example of Eco- friendly building in Bangalore.
